This job is perfect for someone who wants to work 2-3 days per week with some scheduling flexibility. We are estimating 15-18 hours per week, with seasonal fluctuation. Professional baking experience is required for this position. If you have availability and a passion for baking, you are encouraged to apply!<\/p>\n<p>Primary tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bake\/prepare cakes, fillings, doughs and icings<\/li>\n<li>Create weekly planning\/production lists<\/li>\n<li>Conduct weekly ingredient inventory<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace<\/li>\n<li>Wash dishes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional baking experience<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational skills and time management<\/li>\n<li>An excellent tasting palate and a love of awesome baked goods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy ingredients (up to 50 lbs) and mixing bowls<\/li>\n<li>Good energy and a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Sense of humor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Servsafe certificate is helpful<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop\/test new recipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hours:<\/p>\n<p>Part-time. Estimating 15-18 hours per week, depending on season and week-to-week needs.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<\/p>\n<p>Hourly wage, based on experience.
